    今天，我们在这里举行IFFA法兰克福国际肉类加工工业展览会暨中国国际肉业博览会新闻发布会，首先，请允许我代表商务部流通产业促进中心，向出席今天新闻发布会的各位来宾和新闻界的朋友们表示热烈的欢迎和衷心的感谢！

    Today, we’re very happy to hole the media conference of IFFA & Meat Expo China. First of all, please allow me, on behalf of CIPC, to express our warmest welcome and sincere thanks to all the distinguished guests and esteemed media partners!

    2014年，中国的肉类总产量突破8700万吨。2015年上半年屠宰及肉类加工业规模以上企业2878家，主营业务收入达到6161亿元，同比增长6%，整个行业呈现出稳定增长的良好势头，持续的增长空间和巨大的市场潜力推动我国肉类行业进入快速发展期，为境内外肉类企业及肉类及屠宰加工设备企业带来丰富的市场机遇，也为肉类专业展会发展提供了坚实的基础。

    In 2014, the overall production volume of meat products in China has exceeded the historical record of 87 million ton. When it comes to 2015, there has been 2,878 slaughtering & meat processing companies in China that have reached a business value of more than____. (此句原文为“2015年上半年屠宰及肉类加工业规模以上企业2878家”，似有信息缺漏), and have jointly contributed a revenue of 616.1 billion yuan, with a year-on-year growth of 6%. These figures have shown a clear signal that the whole meat industry is developing on a stable and promising track, and we have every reason to believe that with sustainable growth momentum and huge market potential, the meat industry in China will enjoy a prime development period with high grow as its feature. And this will for sure offer attractive market opportunities for meat processing companies and slaughtering machinery providers both in and out of China, which will ultimately serve as favorable conditions of professional meat exhibitions.

    商务部流通产业促进中心是商务部直属事业单位，前身为商务部屠宰技术鉴定中心。2000年成立以来，致力于国家储备肉质量检查，屠宰行业促进等工作，曾在屠宰行业规划制定、标准制修订、设备鉴定、宣传培训，放心肉服务体系建设等方面做了大量工作，积累了丰富的行业资源，为推动我国肉类产业升级、结构调整发挥了积极促进作用。

    CIPC, as an institute directly under the Chinese Ministry of Commerce, was once the Technology Authentication Center of Slaughtering Industry under the Ministry. Ever since its establishment in 2000, CIPC has spared no effort in quality control of state-reserved meat and promotion of the slaughtering business, and has fulfilled various achievements on optimizing industry chain, making and improving market rules, authentication of machinery, marketing & training, as well as meat quality criteria services. With the rich resources it has accumulated, CIPC has acted as a very important role in the upgrading and restructuring of the meat industry in China.

    为贯彻落实商务部领导关于展览会市场化、专业化、品牌化发展的指示精神，2015年，我中心首度与法兰克福展览有限公司联手，共同主办中国国际肉业博览会。来自河南、山东、浙江等国内15个省市以及德国、意大利、香港等5个国家和地区的86家参展企业参加本届肉博会。本届肉博会还吸引了江苏、内蒙古、江西等特色肉类产业地区政府部门及商务主管部门代表团，北京肉类食品协会、山东省肉类协会、河南省肉类协会、江苏省餐饮协会等境内行业组织以及蒙古农业部、日本肉类杂志等境外政府及相关机构。

    In 2015, with the purpose of implementing guidelines from the Ministry of Commerce on exhibition business, which aimed at making exhibitions more professional and more adaptive to the market with higher brand value, we’re glad to join our hands with Messe Frankfurt for the first time to hold Meat Expo China. The Expo has received applications from 86 exhibitors in 5 overseas countries/regions including Germany, Italy, and Hong Kong, as well as 15 provinces including Henan, Shandong, Zhejiang, ect. What’s more, the Expo has attracted official delegations from major meat processing provinces like Jiangsu, Inter Mongolia, Jiangxi, and organizations like Beijing Meat Products Association, Shangdong Meat Association, Henan Meat Association, Jiangsu Catering Industry Association, as well as the Mongolian Ministry of Agriculture, and Japanese magazines on meat industry.

    今年6月，经商务部及中国国际贸易促进会审批同意，我中心获得了开展出国经济贸易展览会的许可。我中心将与法兰克福展览针对法兰克福国际肉类加工工业展览会中国展团开展全面合作，帮助国内肉类及屠宰加工设备企业更好地利用IFFA展平台，实现“走出去”的愿望。

    In this June, CIPC has successfully won the permission of holding trade fairs and exhibitions in overseas premises from the Ministry of Commerce and CCPIT (China Council for the Promotion of International Trade). Now, with the whole-spectrum collaboration with Messe Frankfurt focused on the Chinese exhibitors, CIPC is ambitious to make debuts for Chinese meat processing and slaughtering businesses in the global arena with the excellent platform of IFFA.

    我们相信，通过实现IFFA法兰克福国际肉类加工工业展览会与中国国际肉业博览会互动，在境内外协办、支持单位以及业内人士的共同努力，中国国际肉业博览会将立足上海，成为辐射国内及周边国家和地区的亚洲最大的肉类制品及肉类设备与技术的顶级盛会。随着更多的中国企业的参与，IFFA法兰克福国际肉类加工工业展览会的影响力将进一步扩大，为全球肉类行业的发展提供新的动力。

    We are under great confidence that with the complementary positioning of IFFA and Meat Expo China，also the co-efforts of domestic and overseas supporting organizations and market players, Meat Expo China, which would be the largest and most professional meat exhibition in Asia, will lay solid foundations in Shanghai and radiate its influences to the surrounding regions and countires. Meanwhile, IFFA will further strengthen its leading market position, and bring new opportunities for the global meat industry. 

    希望在座的各位朋友，特别是媒体界的朋友们加大宣传力度，吸引更多的业内人士参加中国国际肉业博览会、IFFA法兰克福国际肉类加工工业展览会。

    Therefore, we sincerely hope that all the distinguished guests, especially our media partners, would help to promote our exhibitions, thus to arose interests of more exhibitors to Meat Expo China and IFFA.
